Our client is a leading education provider and is headquartered in Brisbane. Currently undergoing a procurement systems transformation, they are searching for a Procurement Specialist / Contracts Administrator for a 3 month contract.
With at least 2-3 years' experience in a procurement / contracts environment, you will assist the team to:
- Implement category management strategies in line with company objectives
- Drive strategic sourcing and cost saving activities for goods and services
- Deliver successful end to end tender processes within allotted timeframes
- Conduct supply market intelligence studies
- Lead contract performance and strategic relationship management activities to deliver safe, effective, and productive outcomes for the group
- Identify and monitor spend targets and propose improvement measures
**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience within pre-and post-award procurement activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a developing environment
- Passionate about delivering successful outcomes for stakeholders
