The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for bringing to life Hotham's strategic marketing plan to enhance the guest experience. This is achieved through the promotion of products, events and activations, partner integrations, in-resort messaging, signage, guest-facing promotional material, content capture and social media storytelling, and assisting with media relations.
**In a typical day in this role, you might**:
- Coordinate & execute key marketing campaigns to maximise visitation and ancillary revenue.
- Lead and manage the delivery of successful partner events, including activation, signage and other deliverables.
- Lead, motivate and manage the in-resort sales and marketing team to deliver the defined marketing strategy which is aligned to our overall strategic direction.
- Lead EDM copywriting and developing a comms calendar across all other channels
- Develop and implement social media content production and distribution plans and oversee day to day operations to ensure all content is delivered in a timely manner.
**To be considered for this role, you should have**:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communications.
- 5+ years of experience in an external sales and marketing, communications or PR role
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate at all levels of management
- Strong background as a brand generalist, with a "can-do" attitude, and passion for bringing our brand to life across many different projects, programs and executions
- Demonstrated project management experience and capability in planning, managing and reviewing complex and large-scale projects/programs and delivering outcomes within set timeframes
- A passion for the snow, tourism and leisure industries
