We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales & Office Admin Support. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, who enjoys supporting a busy office and helping drive sales.
Key responsibilities include:
* Responding to emails and phone enquiries
* Cold calling and following up with leads to book meetings for our sales team
* Managing and updating our CRM system
* Supporting daily office operations, including reception duties, meeting room setup, and supplies management
* Handling mail, parcels, and general office administration
* (Preferred) Providing basic IT and helpdesk support, including computer/laptop setup
What we're looking for:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Organised, reliable, and proactive approach
* Basic IT knowledge is an advantage, but not required
