* Asphalt Plant Operator/Batcher experience in a production environment is required.
* Understanding of asphalt batching processes and quality control standards is essential.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.

The pre-employment process involves a medical check including drug and alcohol screening.

Requirements

* A trade qualification is highly desirable.
* A current driver's license is required.
* Forklift and front-end loader tickets are preferred.
* Experience as a boilermaker or fitter, or an apprentice in these trades is beneficial.
