Responsibilities
* Deliver high‐quality and efficient accounting services across a diverse client base.
* Attend meetings with managers and partners to deliver completed work.
* Assist in preparing business advice, tax returns, business activity statements, financial statements and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and individuals.
* Complete jobs efficiently while meeting technical standards, deadlines, and budgets.
* Assist with general bookkeeping duties and client correspondence.
* Liaise with the ATO and other Government bodies on client matters.
* Maintain up‐to‐date technical knowledge to ensure compliance with all statutory and relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
* Sharp attention to detail and excellent prioritisation skills.
* Proven experience in public practice business advisory accounting.
* CA or CPA qualified or working towards it (preferred but not essential).
* Strong Excel skills and hands‐on experience with Xero, MYOB, or other cloud tools.
