Kidscape Early Learning Centre is looking for a full-time 2IC/ Educational Leader (Dual Role) based in Caboolture, Queensland .
You are responsible for.............
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Overseeing staffing levels, routines, recruitment, and professional development of educators;
Time management and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience as 2IC
Experience as Educational Leader
* Experience using Qikkids, OWNA preferred
A commitment to best practice and early years learning
Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to mentoring team members.
An understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations and the Assessment and Rating Process.
An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
A commitment to ongoing professional learning and personal growth.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
About You
To qualify, you will need at least a DiplomaEarly Childhood Education and Care and 2 years of experience (preferred, may consider less experience in this role) .
You must also hold:
* First Aid qualification in an Education and Care Setting
* Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certification
* Valid Working with Children Check
* Accredited Child Protection Training
