Job Description
Are you passionate about creating intuitive, scalable product experiences that empower customers to make confident decisions? We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Investor Solutions to lead the product experience for one of the most strategically valuable customer groups in the property ecosystem: investors. In this role, you’ll shape and scale solutions that serve the full investor spectrum—from emerging investors planning their first purchase to sophisticated investors managing large portfolios. You’ll work across a connected suite of Cotality products, including OnTheHouse, Property Value, RP Data, and Property Guru, and lead discovery into new opportunities to serve investor needs more deeply and intelligently.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for investor‑focused features and experiences.
* Deliver Cohesive Journeys: Work across multiple products and platforms to create seamless, end‑to‑end experiences for investor users.
* Lead Discovery: Identify unmet needs, emerging use cases, and new opportunities in the investor space.
* Collaborate for Impact: Partner with engineering, data, and UX teams to design scalable solutions and integrate platforms.
* Shape Go‑to‑Market: Work with marketing to position, package, and drive acquisition strategies.
* Measure Success: Define clear metrics and continuously improve features based on customer feedback and behavioural data.
* Drive Alignment: Ensure visibility, clarity, and momentum across stakeholders through product planning cycles.
Job Qualifications
Essential
* 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on B2C platforms, content‑rich websites, or data‑driven SaaS products.
* A proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end product initiatives — from shaping the problem to shipping the solution.
* Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and data teams to build user‑facing products that scale.
* Confidence managing partner integrations or vendor relationships where both technical and commercial alignment matter.
* Strong communication and prioritisation skills — you know how to make trade‑offs, explain the why, and keep teams aligned.
Preferred
* Experience with SEO, content discoverability, or AI‑optimised content strategies.
* Familiarity with product‑led growth models, especially freemium or lead‑generation funnels.
* Experience designing solutions for investor or finance‑adjacent customer segments.
* A strong interest in generative AI — whether that’s understanding the basics, experimenting with tools, or exploring how it might reshape product experiences.
Benefits
* Hybrid working model with modern offices across Australia and New Zealand.
* 10 half‑days of wellbeing leave each year and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
* $600 AUD annual wellbeing allowance for gym memberships, wellness apps, ergonomic gear and more.
* Generous parental leave, $750 AUD Baby Bucks, and a peer‑recognition reward programme.
* Free subscription to the Calm app plus other mindfulness tools, health and nutrition courses.
* Complimentary access to Australia’s property research platforms, including RP Data and exclusive employee‑only market updates.
* Two community and volunteer leave days each year to support meaningful causes.
