The Paediatric Unit at our state-of-the-art healthcare facility is seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our multidisciplinary team.
As a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with patients, families, and colleagues to achieve identified goals and outcomes. You will be part of a fast-paced environment that values professional development and education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver safe and effective care to paediatric patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Contribute to the identification and resolution of patient safety issues and concerns.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with a valid practicing certificate.
* Previous experience in paediatric nursing, preferably in a similar setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
