We are seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across Australian and New Zealand operations for a global leading agribusiness company.
About the Role
This role involves managing the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple business units
* Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent
* Prepare and distribute employment contracts and other key documentation
* Support the development and implementation of attraction and retention strategies
* Lead the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment tools and processes
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and organisational charts
* Contribute to the coordination and delivery of seasonal (harvest) recruitment campaigns
* Provide administrative and systems support to recruitment and onboarding activities
* Monitor recruitment trends and support development of employer branding initiatives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Sourcing and building pipelines of talent across various disciplines
* Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and process improvements
* Strong relationship management skills and ability to partner with diverse stakeholders
* Sound knowledge of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
* A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
