We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Guest Experience Manager. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading from the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment that values diversity and promotes inclusivity.
* Implement the Store Manager's vision by managing hiring and onboarding processes, providing training and coaching to team members, and addressing guest feedback and issues.
Work Environment:
The role involves working in a dynamic store environment with bright lights and loud music. You may also need to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
