O&M is Made for Originals with original thinking, and we'd love for you to join us!Your New Role!As our Supply & Demand Planner, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate demand forecasts, optimal inventory levels, and smooth supply operations that support O&M's growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Supply, you’ll be responsible for delivering clear, data-driven insights that inform our sales, marketing, and operational decisions, while also identifying and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency across the supply chain. Your role will be pivotal in aligning supply chain activities with business goals, supporting product launches, promotional campaigns, and ensuring our customers always get what they want — when they want it.What You'll Do:Demand Forecasting & Analysis - Predict future demand by building and managing rolling forecasts using sales, marketing, and historical data. Track forecast accuracy, analyse variances, and refine continually.Supply & Inventory Planning - Monitor inventory and plan supply across sales channels. Manage production forecasts, collaborate with suppliers, and ensure stock availability for product launches and campaigns.Reporting & Process Improvement - Prepare engaging S&OP reports, analyse purchasing and supplier forecasts to optimize cash flow, and streamline planning with NetSuite ERP and Excel.
