About This Role

This part‐time (4 days per week) role is key in supporting day‐to‐day marketing operations. It will initially be an in‐office role based in our Cremorne (VIC) office, with consideration for working from home in time.

In this role, you will assist with a range of marketing activities, including:

* Manage social media activities.
* Coordinate the customer newsletter.
* Produce and maintain advertising materials.
* Plan and deliver internal and external events.
* Maintain marketing asset libraries.
* Oversee daily office activities.
* Act as the main point of contact for administrative and facility matters.
* Manage essential office requirements, supplies and general upkeep.
* Arrange freight bookings, couriers and postal services.
* Provide administrative support to the Senior Executive Team.
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with experience in marketing, events, social media, or a similar role where creativity and organization go hand in hand. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, communicate clearly, and can juggle multiple tasks confidently.

Just as importantly, you bring a positive, people‐first personality—you enjoy collaborating, bring great energy, and approach challenges with a can‐do mindset. If you take pride in doing things well and enjoy the small wins, you'll fit right in.

Experience in marketing and administration is essential for this role, along with design skills, Microsoft Suite proficiency and attention to detail. To be successful, you must be an excellent communicator and able to effectively organise and manage your day.

The ideal candidate has experience with the following:

* B2B or business technology solutions.
* Campaign management or digital marketing.
* Event coordination.
* CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
* Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Supporting sponsorship programs and events.

Whilst marketing qualifications are not a requirement, they would be advantageous.
