About you You are a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally within a SaaS or Fintech setting. You bring deep expertise in gathering and documenting software requirements, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.
You thrive in agile, collaborative settings and are comfortable leading cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven outcomes. Your communication skills enable you to bridge the gap between technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You are passionate about emerging technologies, especially the application of AI and Machine Learning in real‑world business scenarios. You have a solutions‑focused approach with an eye for detail and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and software requirements.
Analyse and interpret data from machine learning models for real‑world application.
Define and validate acceptance criteria, supporting testing and seamless delivery.
Contribute to best practices, process improvements, and project tracking in agile environments.
Support and mentor junior team members while ensuring data security and compliance.
