Part of the CV group, our Asset Services business specialises in preventative and reactive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, pumping, building, fire and HVAC services.
With over 270 team members, the business delivers comprehensive maintenance programs and minor works projects to critical infrastructure clients including airports, defence, facilities managers, shopping centres, builders and developers as well as Federal and State Government departments.
About The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and organised Maintenance Scheduler to join our Asset Services team full‐time at our Hendra office.
In this key role, you'll coordinate day‐to‐day maintenance scheduling across a range of trade services, ensuring jobs are delivered on time and resources are used effectively. You'll work closely with Service Line Managers, Delivery Managers, and field technicians to keep everything running smoothly.
Your day will be varied — from managing maintenance schedules and liaising with clients, to analysing data in CMMS, supporting procurement tasks, and ensuring compliance with licensing and reporting requirements. You'll play a big part in helping us deliver high‐quality, efficient service to our clients.

About You
* Practical mindset, excellent coordination skills, and genuine passion for service delivery.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar maintenance scheduling or coordination role, preferably within trade services, facilities, or asset management.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in scheduling, data handling, and documentation.
* Proficiency in using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and intermediate‐level Microsoft Office skills.
* The ability to analyse maintenance‐related data to support planning, efficiency, and decision‐making.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
* A team‐oriented approach and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
* Effective time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
* Familiarity with compliance requirements such as licences, inductions, and site access processes.
