About the Role

Your mission is to provide person-centered care and support to NDIS participants living in the community by traveling to multiple clients per day and assisting them with daily tasks, personal care, and social activities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing personal care and assistance with daily tasks
* Assisting clients with cooking and meal preparation, domestic tasks, and transportation services
* Offering social support and empowering clients to engage in community activities
Clients will be matched based on your location in the Perth, Mandurah, or Bunbury area.

The ideal candidate should possess:
* A caring and compassionate nature
* An understanding of disability and mental health support
* 6 months of disability experience or 3 months experience plus a relevant certification (e.g., Cert III in Individual Support)
* Australian Driver's license
* A reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
* NDIS Worker Screening Check, Medication Administration, Current First Aid and CPR, and Current Manual Handling Training
Specialized training in Dysphagia, PEG Feeding, Epilepsy and Seizure Management, and Midazolam is desirable.
