Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Adviser based in Gold Coast, QLD. The Senior Travel Adviser will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, designing and booking personalized travel experiences, handling travel arrangements, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The Adviser will collaborate closely with clients to tailor unique travel itineraries, resolve any issues, and provide expert recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and activities.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a commitment to delivering personalized experiences
* Proficiency in travel arrangements and travel agency operations, including booking systems
* Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
* Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, including cruise experiences
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working in the travel industry, preferably in a senior adviser capacity
* Capability to meet sales targets and build strong client relationships
