CELOTTI WORKFORCE has an opportunity for an experienced Civil and Landscape Leading Hands to commence immediately with clients on major civil projects on Brisbane North side and Sunshine Coast.
This is an opportunity for the right candidate to have consistent ongoing work, managing small crews of Operators and Labourers to achieve timely outcomes for the client. This position will require the candidate to commit to 10hr days, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend work.
What we are offering:

* Ongoing work
* $42/hr - $45/hr + penalties
* Minimum 10 hour days
* Monday - Friday work, with weekend work available

We are looking for people who have:
* White Card
* Valid Australian Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
* Demonstrated leading hand experience
* The ability to read and interpret plans
* Ability to manage people of different skill sets
* Operating tickets and High risk tickets - highly desirable
* A strong safety focus
* Qualifications in landscaping, horticulture - highly desirable
