We are currently seeking an experienced Groups Travel Consultant to join a well-established and highly respected travel business based in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate travel professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating complex group travel arrangements.
Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of group travel bookings, coordinating detailed itineraries, and delivering exceptional service to clients from start to finish.
The Role
* Coordinate and manage domestic and international group travel arrangements
* Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documentation
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders
* Manage amendments, schedules, and operational requirements
* Deliver exceptional customer service and attention to detail
* Handle multiple bookings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
About You
* Previous experience in Groups Travel Consulting is essential
* Strong destination and travel product knowledge
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
* A proactive, team-focused attitude
