Manage and grow the organisation's presence across various social media platforms, predominantly LinkedIn and X. Create engaging and relevant content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness for owned channels.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimise performance and identify opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Respond to social media interactions and maintain positive relationships with the online community.
Analyse campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in social media management.
The Successful Applicant A successful Social Media Lead should have: Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Canva and Hubspot.
Proficiency in content creation and social media analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
