Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Horse & Jockey Hotel
The Horse & Jockey Hotel is looking for a hardworking Guest Services Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms are spotless and welcoming, focusing on high‐quality cleaning, linen changes, and attention to detail. If you are physically fit, reliable, and take pride in creating a pristine environment for guests, we want to hear from you.
A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant
* Make every room feel like home away from home
* Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
* Inform the Publican of needed repairs and maintenance throughout accommodation
* Work with the Front Office team to deliver special requests for guests
Inherent requirements
* The role requires manual handling and lifting, such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries. Applicants must be able to perform these physical tasks safely and efficiently.
