How It All Started
In 2017, a multidisciplinary team of engineers, with vast experience and expertise in the battery industry, formed EcoFlow. United in the belief that access to power is a fundamental human right, the group began developing solutions to relieve global populations from power insecurity. Today, as an eco-friendly energy solutions company, EcoFlow leads the way with industry- defining portable power stations, solar technology, the world's first portable home battery with an expandable ecosystem and various smart devices.

Responsibilities
* Act as the technical lead in sales pitches, delivering technical presentations and introducing EcoFlow energy storage solutions.
* Build and maintain long-term, trusted partner relationships by understanding client needs and providing professional technical support.
* Develop and customize technical materials, proposals, and presentations for pre-sales activities.
* Deliver product training to ensure partners fully understand EcoFlow's key USPs, features, and application scenarios.
* Collect market, client, and partner feedback, and collaborate with R&D to drive product and solution optimization.
* Provide technical consultation and solution customization to help partners achieve business objectives.
Your profile includes
* 5+ years of customer-facing pre-sales technical support experience; residential energy storage / renewable energy experience is highly preferred.
* Self-motivated, independent, collaborative, with passion for renewable energy and ability to learn fast in a dynamic industry.
* Excellent communication, presentation and training delivery skills.
* Able to analyze customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
* English: working proficiency. 6. Valid Australian working rights are required.
