You will join a a highly flexible and creative analytics team, taking the responsibility of improving call quality via analysis of transcribed call data. The role is best fitted for someone who brings a creative spark and looks forward to being part of a young and dynamic team.
The client is a top 100 ASX company offering a highly stable, professional and organized work environment. They are highly focused on their work culture, where they value creativity, professionalism and ability to work without micro management. You will:
Utilize techniques such as text mining & segment analysis to deliver actionable insights
Be given creative freedom to achieve the best measurable outcomes
Work within a young, flexible team of Data experts
Present insights via reports, dashboards and/or other visualizations.
What do you bring:
Experience producing actionable insights
Ability to work with data end-to-end
BONUS: have experience with text mining or other techniques related to text based data
Contract: 12 Months, $700 - $800 per day, robust chance at renewal
