About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Reliability Analyst to join our dynamic and successful team. As a valued member of the Maintenance team and reporting directly to the Mechanical Engineering Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
* Understanding and articulating the key concepts underpinning mobile mining asset health, condition monitoring and non‐destructive examination.
* Demonstrating previous experience in failure analysis, root cause analysis and/or general fault finding.
* Coordinating parts, labour and tooling to address mobile asset breakdowns.
* Applying mining equipment Time Categorisation Models and key metrics such as equipment availability, Mean Time Between Failure and Mean Time to Repair.
* Utilizing data analysis and continuous improvement competencies in a mining environment.
* Holding Level2 Lubrication Analyst certification or demonstrating equivalent experience.
Candidates with additional qualifications in vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing and Lean Six Sigma credentials will be preferentially considered.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Well‐developed technical skills and personal attributes.
* Relevant trade and/or engineering qualifications.
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an open‐cut coal mine.
* A genuine commitment to safety and strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
About Rolleston Open Cut
Rolleston Open Cut is a 16Mtpa thermal coal mine located in the southern Bowen Basin in Central Queensland. With a long life of mine and low operating costs, the mine has a bright outlook.
