Job Summary:
Lead the work of a team to provide complex and technical advice in an easy-to-understand format to support non-technical stakeholders. Drive significant change management within an economic group.

* Lead the work of a team to ensure technical advice is delivered effectively.
* Drive change management programs to improve internal and external use of economic analysis.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
* Manage, mentor, and advise economists to promote high-quality outputs.
* Engage with senior stakeholders to improve understanding of economic analysis.
* Represent an organization nationally and internationally.
* Lead a team of professionals, role-model leadership behaviors, and support career development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Demonstrated experience leading economic teams and managing staff.
Education: Post-graduate qualifications in economics.
Knowledge: Environmental, professional, and technical knowledge about economic concepts relating to regulatory functions.
Skills: Highly developed understanding of contemporary and emerging cross-jurisdictional and international regulatory economic issues relevant to the role.
