Position Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Full Time Rental Sales Agent (38 hours a week) at Cairns Airport. This role is referred to internally as Customer Experience Agent.
Responsibilities
* You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional, and passionate about sales and service.
* You handle rental agreements and customer inquiries with an organized and service‐oriented approach and always with a smile.
* You tailor offers based on our wide variety of available products and fleet to make every customer count, every time.
* You efficiently manage bookings and customer data via our tech platforms with accuracy and care for detail and security.
* You champion SIXT Australia's values and approach to our premium service standards, compliance and operating protocols.
Required Skills
* Sales Expertise – passion for providing premium standard of service and a proven sales aptitude.
* Communication & Teamwork – lead every interaction with customers and team with excellence, energy and engagement; proactively seek opportunities to elevate performance.
* Time Management & Adaptability – adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment.
* Systems Proficiency & Attention to Detail – strong computer literacy with a focus on detail, data and integrity.
* Flexibility – willing to work a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends and public holidays.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience in sales in retail, dealership, technology, insurance or real estate is preferable, but not essential.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and must have a current provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia.
