Move Coordinator/ Coordinate National Journeys!
We are seeking a confident, results-driven individual to complement our sales team at Keys the Moving Solution in Canning Vale, Perth, WA. The role includes tending to qualified sales leads, quoting on the opportunity and securing appointments for our external sales consultants. We provide on-the-job training and ongoing development assistance.

Canning Vale, Perth, Western Australia (This is a desk-based position)

Key Responsibilities
* Managing our customers upcoming relocations
* Following up with customers prior to the move to ensure that everything is in order for the move
* Collecting and following up payment
* Liaising with all stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure a smooth and seamless moving experience.
* Ad-Hoc administrative tasks relevant to the role.
Qualifications/Experience
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably within logistics/transport/shipping.
* A professional communication manner, both oral and written.
* Detail attentive with strong listening skills.
* Task oriented with the ability to work well within a small team environment.
* Respectful by valuing all people and the contribution they make.
