Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Strategic HR Advisor to join our team in Metropolitan North. As an HR professional, you will be responsible for providing high-level operational advice and support to schools and the region.
About the Role:
This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.
* You will provide strategic guidance on human resource management functions, including implementing business processes and systems, developing capability of team members, coordinating meetings, and responding to data requests.
* You will have responsibility for providing high-level operational advice and support across the HR team, working closely with the Manager HR Operations, Metropolitan North Region.
The Successful Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can demonstrate expertise in human resource management functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Extensive experience in HR operations, preferably in a regional or metropolitan context.
* A strong understanding of human resource management functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
