Case Manager for Safer Pathways Our organization supports individuals experiencing relationship distress, providing timely and expert care that strengthens wellbeing and connection. You will receive referrals from government agencies and proactively contact men who have experienced Domestic and Family Violence. Conduct phone-based safety assessments, identify short-term needs, and refer clients to appropriate services. This role is ideal for those making a difference in the lives of individuals, couples, and families. As a Case Manager, you will work in a fast-paced program, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in social work, counselling, psychology, or related field, experience working with DFV, and an understanding of the needs of men who have experienced DFV. They will also be able to undertake client safety assessments and safety planning, respond to complex referrals involving liaison with authorities, and work effectively in a team environment.
