Contract Assurance Officer
Contract: Temporary Full‐Time until November 2027 – 35 hours per week.
Salary: $110,972 – $119,506 package – includes base salary ($97,771 – $105,290).
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor training arrangements to ensure compliance and achievement of KPIs.
* Manage applications, NESA requirements, training plans, and completions, balancing competing priorities.
* Provide advice to diverse stakeholders and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
* Support meaningful school‐based programmes and help young people build successful career pathways.
Qualifications
* Detail‐oriented professional with experience supporting school‐based programmes and ensuring compliance within apprenticeship and traineeship environments.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including coordination of SBAT and/or TVET programmes.
* Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, including delivery teams, schools, Training Services and ACAPs, providing clear guidance on compliance and processes.
* Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and committed to delivering accurate, compliant outcomes that support positive student pathways.
Eligibility: Applicants must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand passport.
Legal & Safety Requirements: Must hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to commencing. TAFE NSW will also conduct an Australian National Criminal Record Check on the preferred applicant as part of the pre‐employment process.
