About The Role
* Provide personalised in‐home support, including daily living assistance, hygiene, personal care, social engagement, companionship, and emotional support.
* Support clients with home‐based tasks: cleaning, meal preparation, safety monitoring, grocery trips, appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
* Deliver safe, high‐quality care, including health monitoring, medication prompting, documentation, collaboration with families and health professionals, and identifying hazards to keep clients safe at home.
About You
* Qualified and experienced, with Certificate III/IV in Ageing, police check, First Aid/CPR, NDIS screening (or willing to obtain), COVID‐19 vaccination, and at least 1 year of relevant community or aged care experience.
* Reliable, compassionate, client‐focused, strong communication skills, good rapport‐building, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and grow.
* Flexible and travel‐ready, with a NSW driver's licence, insured vehicle, mobile phone, and the ability to travel for client visits across Greater Sydney.
