The role
As Events Coordinator you will be based primarily at Bradfield with occasional work from Penrith. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
- Organising events and visitor experiences that connect people with the city’s vision.
- Handling logistics, venue bookings, running tours and responding to enquiries to ensure every event is smooth, professional and memorable.
- Providing back‑up support for the Concierge team.
- Managing competing priorities, tight deadlines and maintaining high service standards.
Additional duties may include coordination with cross‑functional teams and support of daily operations.

Essential requirements
- Relevant training or experience in technology, events, venue hire, project coordination or administrative support.
- Physical ability to lift up to 16 kilograms.
