We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a heavy refurbishment project valued at $6m+. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, including roof replacements and new builds.
The successful applicant will be responsible for designing comprehensive project programmes, ensuring construction programmes are followed, and delivering high-quality results on time. Strong commercial acumen, contracts management, design management, OHS, programming/planning experience (MS Project), and excellent communication skills are essential.
A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required, as is a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in delivering successful refurbishment/new build projects from start to finish. Proven leadership ability, detailed knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements, and strong planning and project financial reporting skills are also necessary.
