We are currently recruiting for a Service Supervisor for our Kalgoorlie Service Centre. The position is on an 8/6 roster. This position will provide an opportunity to make a valuable contribution to a successful Service Centre and team at large.
Responsibilities
* Promote and maintain a safe and compliant work environment
* Machine rebuilds, midlifes and PCR
* Pre delivery Projects
* Manage site based Technicians
* Coordinate and supervise technicians to deliver exceptional service
* Build sustainable relationships with all stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service
* Identify and coordinate employee training and development needs
* Apprentice program management
* Rock drill and component overhauls
Qualifications
* Extensive multidisciplinary supervision knowledge and experience in an OEM environment
* Relevant Trade Certificate
* Planning and resource experience
* Effective people management and leadership skills and experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Problem‐solving ability and troubleshooting skills
* Commitment to providing quality customer service
* Ability to handle and work under pressure
* Good report writing ability and proficient computer literacy
