About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth across Australia and New Zealand.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing debt collection activities, including reminders, overdue emails, phone calls, queries, and invoice changes.
* Liaising with clients to resolve outstanding issues and provide excellent customer service.
* Preparing and distributing monthly client invoices and assisting with early claims.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
