JOBS FOR MOBWe're excited to welcome a Social Worker or Occupational Therapist or Psychologist Clinician - Senior, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (Identified), to our Cultural Healing Program - Mental Health and Specialised Services Team.The Cultural Healing Program (CHP) provides mental health intervention and support to persons who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander who are affected by mental illness and would benefit from a culturally appropriate multidisciplinary service due to the intensive or complex nature of care required.Sunshine Coast Health is a values-based organisation. We respect, protect and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.Key Responsibilities include:Deliver independent high level Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist clinical practice with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision. Exercise professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.Provide high level clinical advice, education and influence towards a common patient-centred vision and direction to professional operational teams and relevant stakeholders regarding service delivery.Provide leadership oversight and clinical practice supervision to less experienced Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist practitioners and students as value up to $157 359p.a., comprising salary between $128 169 - $137 918 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
