Purpose of the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Aesop Myer Highpoint, you will work closely with the Store Manager and team to drive the success and performance of our newly refurbished door in Melbourne's West. You will lead a team of Retail Consultants on the sales floor, training and developing them to ensure they have the tools needed to succeed.

What We Are Looking For
* Management experience within customer, retail or hospitality service environments
* Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment
* History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment
* Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships
* Open mindset and curiosity to understand others, listen without judgment, and act on diverse perspectives
* Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen and merchandising skills
