Champagne Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in the construction and outdoor solutions sector to appoint an experienced HR Manager.
This is a newly created opportunity for a hands‐on, commercially minded HR professional to take ownership of the people function and build fit‐for‐purpose frameworks that support both operational delivery and long‐term growth.

* Confidence managing complex employee relations matters with professionalism and care
* Strong influencing and communication skills across all levels of the business
