SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for an experienced Test Lead to join the ICT team in a permanent full-time role.
About the opportunity
This role leads the quality assurance effort by planning, coordinating and executing testing across ICT to ensure every release meets the standard expected by the business. It is a hands‐on position where you will guide a flexible team of contract or intern testers, champion testing practices, develop and run test plans, identify automation opportunities and refine processes to improve efficiency. You will work closely with IT teams, business leaders, vendors and external testers, keeping stakeholders informed, escalating risks promptly and ensuring confidence in delivery quality.
About you
You bring 6-7 years of testing experience, a strong grasp of QA practices and the ability to break down complex systems into clear, testable components. You communicate confidently with both technical and senior stakeholders, build trusted working relationships and stay calm when timelines tighten. You take ownership of your work while mentoring team members, maintain high standards under pressure and have hands‐on capability across functional, integration and UAT testing, test planning, automation scripting, SQL and bug management, with ISTQB certification a welcome addition.
