Equipment Specialist
You will be responsible for maintaining the longevity of equipment, which is crucial for the smooth operation of our plant.
* Monitor and report asset conditions to ensure optimal performance.
* Support scheduling for routine maintenance, shutdowns, and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
* Create work orders in our system and maintain a detailed maintenance history.
* Participate in hands-on tasks as needed to ensure timely completion.
* Drive improvements and participate in root-cause analysis to optimize processes.
Requirements:
* Mechanical Trade Qualification (Cert III Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
* Diploma of Engineering (or commitment to start ASAP) with relevant industry experience.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* White Card, NSW Driver's Licence, and strong computer literacy.
* Proactive mindset with a focus on results-oriented work habits.
