Key Responsibilities

1. Provide critical administrative support to account brokers.
2. Engage with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
3. Take ownership of insurance policy lifecycle activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
4. Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies, providing exceptional service.
5. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters, and client executives.
6. Elevate the client experience through proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
