We're looking for someone with a passion for commercial matters who can work closely with the principal and senior associate.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in matter intake, and able to build robust relationships with local businesses.
Drafting business agreements including shareholder agreements, share investment and sale agreements, partnership agreements, contractor agreements, licensing agreements, loan agreements and terms and conditions.
Preparing property transaction documents such as contracts of sale, mortgages, caveats and other land related applications as applicable.
Maintaining confidentiality is essential in this role.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the principal and working alongside one senior associate.
Demonstrating a proactive approach to matter intake.
Building client-lawyer relationships with local businesses and liaising efficiently with stakeholders as required.
