The Opportunity Implement a nature-based learning program supported by expansive outdoor environments and modern, well-resourced facilities. For Lead Educators, provide coaching and oversee educational program planning, contributing to the centre’s high-quality practices. Create engaging early childhood programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Establish meaningful connections with children, families, and team members to create a supportive and nurturing environment Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children by adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Design stimulating activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and growth, both indoors and outdoors. Track children's development and learning milestones, keeping accurate records to tailor programs to their needs. Work closely with fellow Educators to plan and deliver a cohesive and enriched learning environment. Mentor and coach team members, review policies, and oversee the delivery of high-quality educational programs. About You Diploma in Early Childhood Education Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) First Aid Certificate Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and compliance requirements.
