$36.96 – $45.51 per hour, casual basis
Busy Bees is a leading early learning provider offering high‐quality education. We're seeking a passionate Diploma Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Fraser Coast on a casual basis. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.
What you'll do
* Supporting the implementation of engaging play‐based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
* Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
* Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
What you'll bring
* A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Working with Children Check for QLD
* Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
* Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
