Road Profiler Operator – Campbellfield, Victoria
Location: Campbellfield, Victoria, Australia
Role: Road Profiler Operator – part of Bitu‐mill division, reporting to Operations and Transport Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate profiling machinery (Wirtgen 1m & 2m) safely and efficiently to remove asphalt or pavement layers.
* Assist in project delivery on time, to specifications, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
* Maintain accurate operational logs and adhere to workplace documentation such as Safe Work Method Statements.
* Collaborate with team members, internal stakeholders and external parties to build strong relationships.
* Work overtime, night shifts, and travel away from home base as required.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience driving Wirtgen 1m and 2m profilers.
* Proven experience in the road pavement industry.
* A valid driving licence and Construction Induction Card.
* Strong safety awareness and focus on workplace procedures.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
