About the role:
As an Occupational Therapist with Down South Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You'll work closely with children, adults, and families to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of diagnoses and presentations. Your role will involve developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to community outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Work from our Rockingham office, schools and the community, supporting children, teenagers, and adults
* Provide 1:1 and group therapy, collaborating with teachers and families
* Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans in a transdisciplinary team
* Work within location‐based schedules to limit travel and maximise client impact
* Work with community‐based clients to expand your clinical interests
* Take part in weekly supervision and mentoring to grow in your role
* Contribute to projects, team learning, and innovation in your area of interest
Qualifications
* AHPRA Registration
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Check
* Driver's Licence
Preferred Experience
* Experience with Autism in ESC settings
