The role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to our Dispute Resolution team. This full‐time, permanent role supports a collaborative team and plays an important part in the smooth day‐to‐day running of the practice.

Responsibilities

* Proactive diary and inbox management
* Coordinating meetings and organising travel
* Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to build strong working relationships
* Drafting correspondence, document preparation and amendments
* Matter and file management (opening and closing matters, maintaining electronic and physical filing)
* Client billing and reporting
* Reconciliation of corporate expenses
* General administrative and ad‐hoc tasks as required

What You Need

* 2+ years legal secretarial experience (ideally in litigation)
* Strong organisational skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Understanding of billing and financial systems
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team
* Ability to build positive working relationships
* Proactive mindset and demonstrated initiative
