In this critical phone-based role, you will provide compassionate, immediate support to men during a highly vulnerable time. Your core responsibility will be to make a meaningful and trauma informed call,offering information, assessing immediate safety, and linking individuals with available supports and services.You will work with referrals from the NSW Police and Justice Department and proactively reach out to men who need support. In this high-volume environment, your ability to quickly establish trust and rapport will be crucial to ensuring each client receives the care and guidance they need.The details:3 days per week based in WollongongPart-time contract for 2 years$46 – $52 per hour (dependingon skills and experience) + 11.5% super, 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900.
