What you'll do Provide support and assistance in the clarification and prioritisation of tasks by ensuring assigned priorities are met in accordance with defined enterprise service levels Assist management in the decision-making process and continuous improvement by preparing technical reports, specifications and trend analysis within the unit Provide expertise to progress the installation and configuration of hardware, firmware and software as per departmental frameworks Manage ICT assets by ensuring relevant information is recorded accurately Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe, services and workplaces.
About you We are searching for someone who has: Demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / test / change and configuration management.

4) Demonstrated knowledge and technical skills in one or more of the following; (SFIA: TECH Level
5) Microsoft Windows Server ****, ****, **** and **** (OS and Hardware) Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) **** Virtualization (VMware vSphere) Active Directory /DNS /DHCP / Group Policy Microsoft Clustering Web Servers Technologies (IIS7, 7.5 and 8.5, Apache) Provide level of technical expertise to provide technical direction, standardisation, professional advice and support of enterprise infrastructure in a large customer focus organisation.

5) Well developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
