Listed on the ASX-300, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and delivering high-quality care.We are currently seeking a Group Quality Manager to lead and enhance our enterprise-wide Quality Management System and Clinical Governance Framework .
Reporting to the General Counsel and Chief Medical Officers, this is a high-impact leadership role within our corporate team.
About the Role As Group Quality Manager, you will: Lead the continual improvement of, and monitor compliance with, our Quality Management System and Clinical Governance Framework.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, patient safety and clinical excellence.
Govern and oversee our program of clinic accreditations, staff credentialling and clinical training.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including: + Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme (DIAS) + RANZCR Guidelines and Standards of Practice + ISO **** Quality Management Systems (where applicable) + NSQHS Standards (where applicable) Review and report on clinical incident trends and mitigating actions including leading root cause analysis reviews and open disclosure discussions where required.
Provide leadership and support to Risk & Quality Business Partners across various states (QLD, Southern States, WA, NZ).
Coordinate the creation, review and management of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.
Presenting to, and preparing reports for, the Executive and Board on Quality matters including dashboards and metrics on patient safety, compliance and audit outcomes.
Deliver training and guidance on quality systems, audit processes, and continuous improvement tools.
Collaborate with internal leaders and external bodies to ensure quality and risk frameworks are best practice and future-focused.
Work autonomously and independently to appropriately prioritise work and problem solve with the support of the General Counsel and the CMO Office.
Foster close working relationships with Operational Leads and Department Heads including the Group Risk and Compliance Manager and Group Health and Safety Manager.
What You'll Bring: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
8+ years' experience in quality management, clinical governance, or related roles - ideally within healthcare or radiology.
Strong understanding of healthcare accreditation frameworks and compliance requirements.
Experience leading multi-site and multi-disciplinary teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive system-level quality improvements and cultural change.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
High-level organisational skills and the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
Experience with data analysis and quality reporting (highly regarded).
Audit qualifications or experience assessing against standards is a bonus.
