Assistant Watchhouse Officers play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of people in custody. You will be required to prepare and maintain prisoner files and records, operate and monitor electronic surveillance and movement control systems, and maintain watchhouse records in line with QPS policy and procedure. In addition, you will assist in the processing of persons received into custody, supervise and provide for the welfare, comfort, and security of prisoners, and prepare and maintain records of prisoner's health requirements.
